Yes, we have car parking spaces available at both our showroom and trade entrances.

Do you only sell to the trade?
No - it's even in our name! At Home & Trade we welcome everyone, from homeowners to trade professionals. No job is too big or too small for us to help!
Deliveries

Do you deliver and is there a delivery charge?
Yes, we offer free delivery on all orders over £99 within a 10-mile radius of Burton on Trent. For deliveries beyond this area, additional charges may apply. Please contact us for more details.

Can I request a specific delivery timeslot?
Whilst you cannot request a specific delivery timeslot, our drivers will always give you a call to let you know when they are on the way to your drop.

Can you carry goods round the back of the house?
We aim to deliver in the best place possible, however we only offer kerb-side delivery on heavier items.


Buying & Returning

Can I make a purchase online?
Yes! We have an online store via Plane & Simple which offers hundreds of products available for immediate online purchase. You can access it HERE . However, not all of our products are listed online, so if you can’t find what you’re looking for, please contact our team and we’ll be happy to help.

Can I make a return?
You can return most items with a receipt, but some exceptions and additional charges may apply. For example:
- Bagged and dated products (such as cement, tile adhesive, self-levelling compounds, render etc.) cannot be returned.
- Special orders may be subject to a restocking fee or, depending on the supplier, may not be returnable at all.
- Returns requiring collection will incur a restocking charge.

Do I need an appointment?
You’re always welcome to visit our showroom and browse without an appointment. However, if you’d like us to measure your space or you want an in-depth discussion with one of our showroom consultants, we recommend booking an appointment to ensure someone is available to assist you.

Do you offer installation?
We do not offer installation, but work on a supply and support service where we can assist you in finding a local fitter who has experience in fitting the products that we sell.

Can you help with new build additions?
Yes! We can help you tailor your new build kitchen, bathroom or bedroom with any additions or swaps you may require such as units, doors, handles, worktops, islands etc.
